By using Dadu ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.
Dadu is a free, casual multiplayer implementation of the cowrie-shell board game, provided by Budgies Design. Rooms and matches are ephemeral: there is no account system, and game data is automatically removed after a period of inactivity.
Play fairly. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, other players' games, or exploit the app in ways not intended by normal gameplay (for example, tampering with client requests to affect game outcomes).
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Budgies Design is not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the app, including service interruptions or data loss from expired rooms.
These terms may be updated from time to time as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
